Material Selection

Every material is chosen for performance, structure, and longevity.Full-grain leather components are selected for their density, durability, and ability to age with character. The coated canvas is engineered to provide lightweight structure while maintaining resilience. Cotton linings are bonded to ensure internal stability and form retention. Each hide and textile surface is inspected prior to cutting to ensure consistency in texture, tone, and structural integrity.

Pattern Development & Cutting

Proportions are refined through technical iteration. Patterns are adjusted to achieve balance, clean lines, and architectural clarity.

Cutting is executed with precision to optimize material use while preserving surface integrity. Structural reinforcements — including leather base supports — are integrated to maintain shape over time.

Assembly & Construction

Construction begins with bonding the lining to the exterior material to enhance durability and maintain silhouette consistency.

Layered handles are assembled using double leather construction for strength and comfort. Reinforced stitching is applied at stress points to ensure resilience under daily use.

Edge Finishing & Stitching & Hardware

Edges are carefully treated, sealed, and hand-painted to ensure durability and a refined visual finish. Stitching is applied with controlled tension to maintain alignment and structural integrity.

Thread tone is selected to complement the material palette while preserving subtle contrast.

Metal components are selected for durability and resistance. Finishes are chosen to complement the material tones without overpowering the silhouette.
