Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unworn
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rimazofficial.com within the return period. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Personal Preference Returns

We understand that shopping online means you may not be able to try the product before purchasing. If the product is not defective but does not suit your personal preference — such as fit, comfort, colour, or strap length — it may still be returned within the 7-day return window, provided it meets the eligibility conditions above.

Before purchasing, we encourage customers to:

  • Review all product dimensions and specifications listed on each product page, including strap drop measurements
  • View the product photos and videos demonstrating how the bag is worn and styled
  • Contact us at info@rimazofficial.com with any questions about sizing, fit, or suitability

Return shipping for preference-based returns is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that returns based on details that are clearly listed on the product page (such as dimensions, strap drop, colour, or material) remain subject to our standard return conditions and customer-covered shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. In accordance with Omani Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree 66/2014), returns for defective or non-compliant items are accepted within 15 days of delivery, with return shipping covered by Rimaz.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions
  • Items purchased using discount codes or private access codes
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

These exclusions do not apply where the item is defective or non-compliant under Omani law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original purchase (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@rimazofficial.com.
